Welcome to GoCar Morocco. By booking a car with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. General Conditions

We provide car hire services across Morocco with No Deposit and No Credit Card required.
Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving license for a minimum of one year.
All rentals depend on vehicle availability at the time of booking.

2. Payment

No credit card is needed. Payment can be made by debit card or cash at collection.
The rental price includes basic insurance (CDW). Additional coverage can be purchased if required.
All prices are final and transparent with no hidden charges.

3. Insurance & Responsibility

Basic insurance is included with every booking.
The renter is responsible for fines, tolls, and traffic violations during the rental period.
Damages not covered by insurance will be charged to the renter.

4. Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be used responsibly and according to Moroccan traffic laws.
Cross-border travel outside Morocco is not allowed unless agreed in advance.
Smoking inside vehicles is not permitted.

5. Booking & Cancellation

Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before pick-up.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge equal to one day of rental.

6. Pick-Up & Return

Pick-up is available at airports, city centers, or hotels upon request.
The car must be returned with the same fuel level as at collection unless the full-to-empty option is chosen.
Late returns may result in additional charges.
